Marketing, for me, isn't just a profession; it's a passionate journey that began with a simple fascination—people.

Lavender Expressions, a platform I co-founded, serves as a creative outlet and a vehicle for promoting inclusivity and self-expression, with a particular focus on raising awareness about queer rights in South Asia. In my role as a Content Creator and Editor, I've been responsible for curating and crafting engaging content for Lavender Expressions' Instagram and LinkedIn. This includes creating posts, stories, and reels to spark conversations and foster connections within the community.

My work with Consent At UvA. A Branch at UvA Under Stitching Our Bodies Our Voice Non-profit Organisation. OBOV fights against sexual violence by helping and spreading awareness within students at schools and universities and hosts plenty of events throughout the year in The Netherlands for it.
I work as their social and design head and the journey has been wonderful.
I love working for a cause that matters to me deeply and I got a chance to do so here.

I also maintain a personal blog, 'imjustsaying.blog,' where I explore various topics and share my thoughts through written content. This blog showcases my passion for writing and photography, allowing me to create a personal portfolio that combines both interests.
In addition, I host a podcast titled 'Queerpreneur Chronicles,’ on Spotify where I narrate my journey as a queer individual striving to create an inclusive platform, Lavender Expressions. This podcast is a platform for sharing stories, experiences, and insights into the challenges and triumphs faced by queer communities, particularly in South Asia. It offers a unique perspective on the intersection of identity, entrepreneurship, and social change.

who am i really?
Outside of my professional and academic life, I'm a person who finds happiness in simplicity and sustainability. I'm a plant mom, and every corner in my home is filled with them. fresh flowers are a must in my life – I treat myself to a bunch every week. I believe we should all do our bit to make the planet greener and kinder.
When it comes to entertainment, I'm a sucker for old-school movies and TV shows, especially those from the '80s and '90s. Music is like my daily dose of inspiration, I've got a soft corner for ABBA, and their tunes are my go-to mood boosters.
I'm all about embracing every kind of expression, which is why marketing calls to me. I believe that every brand has a story to tell, and marketing lets that story be heard by the audience. Brands have their unique way of speaking to people, and by bringing in my distinctive mix of ideas and perspectives to the table, I have the ability make that connection happen.
